This policy applies to all candidates enrolled in QUALIFICATIONS SCOTLAND programmes, including full-time and part-time learners.

The College ensures that:

- assessment arrangements are implemented in line with QUALIFICATIONS SCOTLAND requirements

4. Types of Support Provided
4.1 Academic Support
- Guidance on assessment requirements and deadlines
- Formative feedback on draft work
- Additional tutorials and revision sessions
- Study skills and time management support
4.2 Language and Learning Support
- English language support (where required)
- Assistance with academic writing and communication skills
4.3 IT and Learning Resources Support
- Access to computer labs and required software
- Support in using the Learning Management System (LMS)
4.4 Personal and Pastoral Support
